Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory work with customers at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches, preparing and following up on consultation conversations while assisting with contract closures. Learn R+V insurance and financial products through practical training at the GenoKolleg in Münster, creating offers and supporting the team in closing deals. Complete a 2.5-year dual training program starting August 2027, combining on-the-job sales experience with theoretical study. Earn a fixed monthly stipend of €1,455 rising to €1,620 by the third year, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Führerschein bei Ausbildungsbeginn
