Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory work for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on consultation conversations, draft offers, and support the team in contract closures while studying theory at the GenoKolleg in Münster. Work alongside mentors to develop individual strengths within a structured two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship program. This dual training combines practical sales duties with academic learning to prepare you for long-term career development in R+V's sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Führerschein bei Ausbildungsbeginn
- Neugier und Freude an Beratung und wirtschaftlichen Themen
