Job Summary
Conduct daily advisory support for customers regarding insurance, savings, and financial products within Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. Prepare and follow up on counseling sessions, draft proposals, and assist the team in closing contracts while studying at GenoKolleg in Münster. Understand R+V insurance and financial products through practical application and team collaboration. Join a structured 2.5-year dual training program starting August 2027, combining theoretical learning with hands-on sales experience. Receive a fixed monthly stipend of 1,455 to 1,620 euros, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses.
Required Qualifications
