Prepare for a dual training program in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working alongside Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken to guide clients on insurance, savings, and financial products. You will prepare and follow up on counseling sessions, create offers, and support the team in contract closures while studying at the Karlsruhe Vocational School. The role involves daily Point of Sale activities in branch locations, requiring a Realschulabschluss or equivalent and a driver's license at the start. You will earn a monthly salary of 1,455 to 1,620 euros over 2.5 years, with opportunities for early termination if performance warrants it.
