Job Summary
Prepare for a dual training program in bank sales at R+V Versicherung, working directly with Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches to guide clients on insurance, savings, and financial products. You will prepare and follow up on counseling conversations, create offers, and support the team in contract closures while studying theory at GenoKolleg in Münster. The 2.5-year apprenticeship includes a fixed monthly stipend starting at €1,455, 30 days of vacation, and access to modern equipment. Successful candidates may shorten the duration to two years and have strong pathways for future employment within the company.
