Job Summary
Prepare for a 2.5-year dual vocational training in banking sales at R+V Insurance, working directly at the Point of Sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches. You will learn insurance and financial products through hands-on customer consultations, prepare and follow up on advisory conversations, and support the team in contract closures. Theory is reinforced with training at the GenoKolleg in Münster. The program includes a mentoring system, structured development, and potential early termination after two years based on performance. You must hold a driver's license by the start date.
