Learn R+V insurance and financial products through practical application at the Point of Sale and theoretical training at GenoKolleg in Münster. Assist the team in guiding clients on insurance, provident funds, and financial assets during critical decision-making moments. The 2.5-year vocational training begins August 1, 2027, with a fixed monthly stipend of €1,455 rising to €1,620, plus vacation and Christmas pay. A driver's license is required at start, with a possible reduction to two years for strong performance.
