Job Summary

Prepare and follow up on advisory conversations, draft proposals, and support the team in contract closures. Understand R+V's insurance and financial products through hands-on customer interactions and structured mentoring programs. This three-year dual training (reducible to 2.5 years) combines practical sales experience with academic study, leading to potential career advancement within R+V's sales organization.
