Manage existing and new customer accounts via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Develop technical concepts to solve customer problems, create proposals, process orders, and procure goods. Recondition hardware. Maintain communication in German and English while approaching tasks independently. Requires a good Realschulabschluss and initial IT system experience.
