Conduct daily customer communication, provide professional and technical advice on hearing systems, and perform technical adjustments to fit devices. Master handcraft skills for hearing aid adaptation while developing a responsible and cooperative work approach. Engage with digital technologies and apply knowledge of mathematics, physics, and biology to solve technical challenges. Build relationships with clients to improve their quality of life through better hearing. Complete a two-year training program with a structured curriculum in modern workshops at the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön and the Weiterbildungscenter in Offenbach.
