Job Summary
Conduct daily customer communication, provide expert technical and professional advice on hearing systems, and perform hands-on adjustments to hearing aids. Master the application of hearing systems while developing a responsible and cooperative work approach. Engage with digital technologies and apply knowledge of mathematics, physics, and biology to solve technical challenges. Interact with diverse clients to improve their quality of life through better hearing. Complete a two-year vocational training program with modern workshops at the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön and the training center in Offenbach.
