Job Summary
Conduct daily customer communication and provide expert technical and professional advice on hearing systems. Adapt hearing devices using manual skills and apply knowledge of mathematics, physics, and biology. Develop a responsible and cooperative work style while mastering modern digital technologies. Work in high-standard training workshops at the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön or the Weiterbildungscenter in Offenbach. Complete a three-year vocational training program with an annual stipend starting at 900 €, including a 13th salary and annual budget for Fielmann products.
