Conduct daily audiometric testing and technical adjustment of hearing systems in modern workshops. Provide expert professional and technical counseling to customers regarding hearing aids and accessories. Master handcraft skills for fitting devices while maintaining a cooperative and responsible work ethic. Engage in continuous learning within the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön and the Offenbach training center. Apply knowledge of mathematics, physics, and biology to solve complex auditory challenges. Deliver fair, friendly, and competent advice aligned with the "You are the customer" philosophy.
