Job Summary
Conduct customer consultation and sales across various bookshop departments while managing cash register operations and reconciliation. Design and present target-oriented book-related assortments, perform database research and inventory analysis, and organize events such as author readings. Provide personalized book recommendations and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers. This Ausbildung includes hands-on practice with direct mentorship within a team of over 570 locations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
