Conduct customer consultation and sales across various bookshop departments while managing cash register operations and reconciliation. Design and present book-related assortments based on target audiences, perform database research and inventory analysis, and organize events such as author readings. Provide personalized book recommendations and maintain the shop as a welcoming space for browsing and discovery. This 18-month apprenticeship includes practical training with personal mentorship at one of Thalia's over 570 locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
