Job Summary
Prepare orders, process customer data, and verify prescriptions while grinding lenses and delivering finished eyewear to clients. Personally advise customers on style and fit, inspect damage to frames, and manage inventory during your three-year apprenticeship. You will rotate between vocational school, training centers, and various stations within the Fielmann Academy. This role supports Fielmann, the world's third-largest optical group, in providing fair, friendly, and competent advice through their omnichannel business model.
