Job Summary
Prepare orders, enter customer data and stock receipts, and verify prescriptions while assessing damage to eyewear. Personally advise customers on style, fit, and product selection from lens grinding to final handover. Manage daily operations including order preparation and data entry for customers and inventory. Complete training at the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön and regional centers.
