Job Summary
Prepare orders, process customer data, and verify prescriptions while grinding lenses and ensuring every detail fits. Personally advise customers on style and fit, and assess damage to eyewear. Manage stock entries and prepare shipments to deliver quality optical products. This three-year apprenticeship includes hands-on training in our academy and regional centers, with a starting stipend of €900. You will develop technical skills in optics and customer service within Fielmann's global family business.
