Conduct daily customer communication and provide expert advice on eyewear, frames, and lenses. Build optical instruments using handcraft skills and master technical aspects of vision correction. Develop a responsible and cooperative work approach while learning the nuances of professional and stylistic consultation. This three-year vocational training program includes a monthly stipend of up to €1,100, a 13th-month salary, and a digital public transport ticket. Participants gain access to state-of-the-art workshops at the Fielmann Academy in Schloss Plön and regional centers.
