Job Summary
Prepare glass polishing, fit frames, and deliver finished eyewear to customers while ensuring every detail aligns with their needs. Personally advise clients on style and fit, manage orders, process customer data, record inventory, verify prescriptions, and assess lens damage. Work alongside a team to maintain high standards in optical manufacturing and retail services. This three-year apprenticeship includes training at the Fielmann Academy Schloss Plön and regional centers, supported by a structured curriculum covering technical skills and customer interaction.
