Job Summary
Prepare and polish lenses, fit frames, and hand over finished eyewear while ensuring every detail meets quality standards. Personally advise customers on style, fit, and product selection, and manage operational tasks such as preparing orders, processing customer data, and verifying prescriptions. Inspect and assess damage to eyewear as part of daily duties. This three-year apprenticeship includes hands-on training in modern workshops and regional centers, supported by a structured curriculum covering technical skills and customer service.
