Prepare orders, process customer data, and verify prescriptions while grinding lenses and ensuring every detail fits. Personally advise customers on style and product selection, and handle damage assessments for eyewear. Manage stock entries and prepare shipments to support the team. The program includes hands-on training at the Fielmann Academy Schloss Plön and regional centers, culminating in a Realschulabschluss. You will receive an apprenticeship stipend of 900€ in the first year, a Deutschlandticket, and a 1,500€ annual budget for products.
