Oversee and control machines, tools, and processes in rolling and extrusion lines to manufacture automotive and pharmaceutical parts. Operate production facilities using various technologies, manually and mechanically machine workpieces, and electrically or pneumatically connect components. Inspect and maintain production systems, replace wear parts, and resolve malfunctions. Complete 3.5 years of vocational training with 1.5 weekly school days at the Hohentwiel-Gewerberschule in Singen. Receive above-average stipend, 35-hour work week, and 30 days vacation.
