Operate modern machinery and systems for the automated production of sweet specialties, handling raw material preparation, weighing, dosing, and packaging. Prepare ingredients such as sugar, cocoa beans, and nuts while ensuring accurate processing. Add additives and conduct quality control on raw materials. Take production samples for laboratory testing and verify product integrity through sight, smell, and taste. Clean and maintain equipment to ensure reliable technical function. This apprenticeship begins in 2027. The role requires a middle school leaving certificate or equivalent, an interest in food and technical processes, and a strong understanding of hygiene and quality standards.
