Oversee production processes and intervene immediately during deviations or machine malfunctions to ensure high-quality, safe output. Manage maintenance of machinery and guarantee smooth operational flow across five locations. Support the introduction of technical innovations by guiding them from initial concept through to commissioning. Engage in daily troubleshooting while maintaining strict attention to detail and customer service standards. This two-year apprenticeship includes on-site and online training seminars, hands-on guidance by qualified instructors, and early access to future leadership roles within the global fruit distribution network.
