Manage the workshop area by handling sales of land technology products, conducting customer consultations, and coordinating procurement, storage, and control of inventory. Execute daily operations including order processing, repair intake, and parts sales while managing assortment design and the warehouse management system. Support the team in the operational workflow of workshop execution. This three-year training program begins September 1, 2027, at the Feldkirchen location, with a focus on developing customer-oriented skills and communication abilities within the BayWa AG Technik division.
