Conduct customer consultations on mobile and internet service plans from providers including Telekom, Vodafone, o2, and freenet. Sell contracts, tariff switches, and add-on products while assessing client needs to recommend suitable solutions. Support daily shop operations and provide ongoing service to existing customers. Maintain friendly interactions and demonstrate readiness to learn while working alongside experienced colleagues in a modern environment. This role offers a secure apprenticeship with strong chances of being hired as a salesperson or shop manager after completion.
