Job Summary
Analyze data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted digital solutions. Support customers and colleagues with technical questions regarding digital offerings while actively participating in projects to implement and communicate new processes. Learn IT systems and programming fundamentals such as Java or C# to adapt digital solutions, ensuring data privacy and security are integrated into daily operations. This dual training program within DATEV's large community of over 200 trainees emphasizes individual planning, flexible working hours including home office days, and extensive professional development opportunities to drive digitalization for over 900,000 clients.
Required Qualifications
