Job Summary
Manage daily customer service interactions with tenants, colleagues, and business partners via phone, email, or in person. Draft and verify property-relevant documents including leases, utility bills, and exposure sheets while learning comprehensive office management and HR processes. Collaborate closely with teams in housing portfolios and the contractor organization, alternating between the main Essen service center and other locations every three months. Complete theoretical training at the Erich-Borst Vocational School in Essen. Start the 2027 training program with a starting salary of 1,395 €, offering 30 vacation days plus bonuses for successful assessments.
