Job Summary
Manage global business operations for Heidelberg's industrial customers by handling negotiations, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across material, sales, and production areas. Utilize digital tools and software to analyze data, identify sustainability improvements, and develop innovative solutions while maintaining close contact with diverse stakeholders. Participate in a three-year dual training program featuring weekly seminars, workshops, and regular development conversations within a team-oriented environment. Work a 35-hour week with flexible scheduling at the Wiesloch-Walldorf location, supported by comprehensive onboarding and ongoing personal development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland
- Fortgeschrittenes deutsches Sprachniveau (mindestens B2)
- Aufgeschlossenheit und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Sachverhalten, Ideen, Prozessen und Erfahrungen
- Teamfähigkeit, Problemlösefähigkeit sowie Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Grundkenntnisse Englisch
- Informationstechnisches Grundwissen und PC-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
