Job Summary
Manage property owners' needs by supporting real estate administration, planning renovation projects, and preparing for owner meetings. Create economically relevant documents such as bills and contracts while collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments, service, and trades organizations. Work primarily in the Cologne office or on-site at properties, with occasional three-month rotations in external sales or central customer service. Complete theoretical training at the European Education Center for Housing and Real Estate in Bochum.
