Job Summary
Conduct tenant liaison duties via phone, email, and in-person visits, manage property viewings for prospective renters, and prepare economically relevant documents such as exposés and bills. Lead the process from initial interest through to lease contract completion while maintaining clear, empathetic communication. Rotate monthly between on-site properties, local office administration, and central customer service units across Germany to gain diverse experience. Complete theoretical coursework at the BBA Academy of Real Estate Economics. Perform tasks in a structured environment with mentorship from senior apprentices and experienced trainers, utilizing a 30-day vacation allowance and opportunities for federal employment after graduation.
