Manage warehouse operations by receiving, picking, inspecting, and storing goods using modern forklift and transport equipment. Coordinate with customers and truck drivers while assembling and packaging products. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels. This two-year vocational training begins September 1, 2027, at BayWa AG's BAU Operations locations in Pocking, Passau, and Waldkirchen. The program includes intensive mentorship, training seminars, and certification courses. Candidates require a qualifying secondary school leaving certificate and must demonstrate spatial awareness and organizational skills.
