Rotate through departments including bratwurst production, sausage making, packaging, commissioning, technology, quality assurance, and procurement to gain comprehensive experience. Perform necessary quality control checks, apply various packaging techniques, and manage personnel. Complete annual vocational school training in Starnberg with theoretical instruction.
