Job Summary
Manage IT systems that keep the company operational by working on real projects from concept to implementation. Support users with technical questions via phone, email, or in-person, and install operating systems while configuring software. Plan, configure, and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls, and independently diagnose hardware and software faults to ensure reliable system performance. Rotate through different departments including the data center and cloud environments, while attending vocational school in Bochum. Complete the three-year apprenticeship with a starting salary of 1,395 € and 30 vacation days, with opportunities for full-time employment after graduation.
