Operate, set up, and monitor machinery and equipment in production, overseeing material flow and ensuring high-quality plastic and rubber component manufacturing. Perform maintenance and care for plant components while participating in quality assurance by inspecting and evaluating finished parts. Work across production areas including the workshop, maintenance, and production-related departments within various teams. This three-year apprenticeship includes part-time vocational school instruction alternating with practical placements, starting September 2027.
