Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and welding across all workshop departments. Learn metalworking skills including turning, milling, drilling, and filing to assemble new construction machinery parts. Perform repairs and maintenance on site equipment while interpreting technical drawings and parts lists for assembly. Complete a four-year apprenticeship with an above-average stipend, flexible hours, and free work clothing, with a goal of subsequent permanent employment.
