Job Summary
Set up modern IT systems, networks, and workstations to ensure reliable operations while installing, configuring, and supporting servers, clients, and cloud services. Analyze incidents with your team to find solutions for customers and document all activities in the ticket system for internal operations and on-site client engagements. Work on IT and security projects to learn modern technologies, gradually taking responsibility for tasks as you gain experience across Cyber Security, Data Center, and Service Desk stations. Start your training on July 19, 2027, in Herford or Münster.
