Ausbilder (m/w/d) Mikrotechnologie

Support engineering departments in training and actively participate in organizing vocational education for technical and commercial roles. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and maintain hazard and stress analyses while accompanying feedback sessions. Steer and continuously improve training processes by delivering theoretical and practical knowledge in microtechnology, including general training topics like PROMIS, Systema, and safety instructions. Supervise apprentices and special projects such as lot runs, reports, and presentations, providing expert support for their final projects. Organize and oversee student internships. This role requires a completed microtechnology training with multiple years of experience in the semiconductor industry and an approved training qualification. The position offers a salary starting at €65,500 gross per year, 13th-month pay, and flexible working arrangements.
