Job Summary
Lead branch operations and production to meet established credit union growth, sales and service targets for the Aurora branch while upholding high member service and production quality. Drive business and community development efforts in the market; implement annual branch market plans and ensure compliance with BSA, Regulation CC, and SAFE Act requirements. Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and cross-training; identify process improvements and enhancements to products/services to maintain competitive advantage. Oversee SEG partnerships, community networking, adherence to brand guidelines, and risk management to deliver exceptional member experience. Coordinate communication within branch staff, deploy new products/services, and report on branch performance; travel to various locations as needed. Requirements include college degree or equivalent, 5+ years financial services experience with 3+ in a supervisory role, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
