Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operating the point-of-sale system, and processing accurate payments. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging, then stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment. Actively cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of available services. Stand, walk, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds while adhering to brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
