Conduct precise and high-quality vision tests using modern technology, applying binocular refraction measurement expertise. Perfectly adjust spectacle frames to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and vision for all customers. Advise clients on lens upgrades and provide technical solutions combining expert knowledge with high-quality service. Train the team by sharing specialized knowledge to support colleagues. Requires state-certified optician qualification or relevant degree, native German proficiency, and 32-40 weekly hours.
