Job Summary
Conduct eye consultations by combining technical measurements with empathetic advice to find optimal vision solutions for customers. Perform modern ocular diagnostics, document results clearly, and explain findings in accessible terms. Manage operational tasks including preparing orders, processing customer data, recording inventory, and assessing damage to eyewear. Review prescriptions and provide contact lens expertise or pursue internal training to expand knowledge. Work part-time with flexible hours in a supportive team environment focused on service and collaboration.
