Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using modern diagnostic technology, documenting results and explaining them clearly to customers. Provide personalized optical consultations that combine technical expertise with empathy to recommend the best vision solutions. Manage operational tasks including preparing orders, processing customer data, verifying prescriptions, and assessing lens damage. Maintain inventory records and prepare for contact lens training as needed. Work within a supportive team environment focused on customer service and continuous professional development through internal academies and e-learning programs.
