Job Summary
Conduct eye examinations using modern diagnostic technology, document measurements, and explain results to customers. Provide personalized consultation combining technical expertise with empathy to recommend optimal vision solutions, including contact lenses where applicable. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing orders, processing customer data, verifying prescriptions, and assessing damaged eyewear. Maintain a calm, service-oriented atmosphere during high-volume periods while collaborating within the team. Requires an accredited optometrist with proficiency in measurement and manufacturing equipment.
