Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive customer service from consultation through precise eyewear fitting and adjustments. Manage minor repairs, handle claims, and provide expert, trend-aware advice tailored to individual needs. Engage actively with clients to sell glasses as fashionable accessories while ensuring they feel valued and well-supported. Conduct vision tests utilizing specialized knowledge, supported by our Academy training. Work within a team environment with flexible part-time or full-time options, offering an unlimited contract and competitive compensation including store performance bonuses.
