Job Summary
Establish a professional commercial and technical property management structure from scratch, taking over existing assets from external administration and optimizing processes and digital systems. Manage maintenance coordination with contractors, handle tenant communication and contract management, and oversee tenant increases. Build your own team as the portfolio grows, assuming personal responsibility for HR while collaborating closely with the executive board. Drive the development of the property management into an independent business unit, potentially involving third-party administration, with the long-term goal of advancing to the role of managing director.
Required Qualifications
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung beim Aufbau einer Hausverwaltung oder vergleichbarer Verwaltungsstrukturen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Mietverwaltung
- Unternehmerisches Denken: Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen statt sie nach oben zu delegieren
