Job Summary

Auditor (Team Lead or Senior Team Lead) within Boeing's Audit Leadership Development Program (ALDP). Responsibilities include planning and executing financial audits and advisory engagements across Boeing businesses using Agile project management; developing work papers to support findings; evaluating complex processes, risks, and internal controls; documenting observations and recommendations and presenting them to Senior Audit Leadership and executive stakeholders; performing and overseeing internal control testing; assisting audit management with risk assessments and audit programs; leading teams, coaching less senior staff, and participating in special projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years of related experience; travel 10-20%; relocation offered based on eligibility. Preferred qualifications include CPA/CIA/CFE and MBA. Safety and compliance measures apply; sponsorship for visa is not offered.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
