Job Summary
Audit manufacturing sites of clients' suppliers, sometimes without warning, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and applicable international standards. Remain vigilant against violations during factory management interactions and document all findings in detailed reports for client delivery. Maintain utmost integrity throughout the audit process, as conduct directly impacts supplier and staff outcomes. Occasionally provide expertise in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures and contribute ideas for improving Operations project quality. This role supports the Consumer Goods Division's mission to deliver safe, ethically made products globally through rigorous supply chain oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
- Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months
