Conduct night audits by reconciling transactions, cash registers, and billing records in the system. Perform end-of-day reporting to ensure financial and operational accuracy. Execute security rounds checking access points, doors, and common areas while maintaining hotel safety. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, flight confirmations, and payment collections. Resolve guest inquiries, mediate conflicts, and operate the loyalty program according to brand standards. Prepare morning coffee for guests and ensure reception areas remain organized throughout the shift. Work the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM, with possible variations between 11:00 PM and 7:20 AM during leave or leave requests.
